Chief Marketing Officer (RadASO)

    RadASO is a part of the Netpeak agency and a leader in mobile app marketing in CEE. We’re the only mobile app marketing agency that offers a performance-based pricing model. Big players like ABBYY, OLX, Uklon, Windy, Pure, VOCHI, Room Planner, and Reface (the first Ukrainian app to become number 1 in downloads in the US App Store) are among our clients.

    We are looking for Chief Marketing Officer, who will be responsible for driving revenue through marketing activities worldwide

  2. Job responsibilities

    You will be responsible for all marketing activities of RadASO:

    1. Increasing brand awareness:

    - creation and distribution of quality content;

    - conducting events;

    - PR activity.

    2. Conversion of existing and newly created demand into MQL and revenue.

    3. Managing the RadASO Marketing team and collaborating with the Netpeak Marketing team to achieve continuous growth of the RadASO brand and MQL numbers.

    1. Professional skills

      1. Experience in content marketing for B2B.
      2. B2B lead generation.
      3. Good analytical skills.
      4. English at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
      5. Spanish will be a huge advantage, but is not required.
      6. Team management experience.
      7. Skills for resolving conflict situations.
      8. The ability to reach anyone and speed up the resolution of issues.
      9. Result-oriented.
    2. Main objectives for the role «Chief Marketing Officer»

      The priority objective is to create the flow of inbound leads by creating and distributing professional content, driving app marketing events, and providing PR activities to present the RadASO brand worldwide.

    3. Criteria for evaluation

      1. Launch the content project within 3 months.
      2. Successful providing of app marketing online conference for the Spanish market.
      3. Achieve the set goal regarding the total volume of sales from marketing channels.
