Head of International Sales (Ringostat)

Brief description

Ringostat — is a proudly founded in Ukraine SaaS that includes 7 products for sales and marketing, that creates a single ecosystem. For the last 2 years, we are achieving “High Performer” on an authoritative review service G2, and are in the list of top 15 services worldwide in our category. Also, we're the only technology partner of Google Analytics among similar services in Eastern Europe.

Currently, there are more than 1000 businesses from 26 countries among Ringostat clients, including Peugeot, Mercedes-Benz, Jooble, and others.

Ringostat is expanding in Eastern Europe (Poland, Bulgaria, Romania). We build a systematic local presence and processes.

We are looking for an ambitious Head of International Sales to lead this scaling and business development process.

You'll be leading the growth of a whole region (minimum of three countries), managing the country's business development representatives, owning the regional go-to-market strategy and building the sales organization.

 

What do we want in return? (professional skills)

1. B2B sales experience in SaaS for more than 3 years.
2. Experience in building small or medium sales/business development teams from scratch.
3. Leader who can motivate and manage different cultures and needs of your reports
4. Scale-up/start-up experience would be highly advantageous.
5. Outstanding communication skills in English
6. Fluent in Polish or Romanian would be highly advantageous.
7. Experience in outbound selling of a service or SaaS product.
8. Familiar with leading CRMs and highly analytical of sales stats and KPIs, with solid knowledge of how to steer a team to meet challenging targets.
9. Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow.

What will be your tasks?

1. Achieve growth and regional sales targets. You'll drive your team to success - hitting and beating targets and bringing success to all your markets and your region.
2. Identify opportunities and market shifts. You'll have your finger on the pulse of the industry and what our competition is doing. You'll spot shifts, opportunities and changes and ensure we respond and take steps when needed.
3. Building, сoaching and training your team, you'll be mentoring and improving them every day, taking them to new levels.
4. Develop processes, tools, and guidance for your teammates.
5. You'll spot opportunities, devise projects to test new ideas and manage their execution - searching out new ways to grow, sell and win in all our markets.
6. Personally participate in generating and closing the most important deals and strategic partnerships.
7. Closely working with C-level executives, Marketing, Customer Care, Product and HR departments.
8. You shouldn't be ashamed to do even minor tasks yourself and set an example for your team.

Results evaluation:

 1. Amount of new sales (sales goals).
 2. Amount of new qualified leads generated outbound (lead acquisition goals).
