We are looking for a content manager who is excited to create, improve, and manage content that connects with our audience.
This role offers a chance to grow from doing the work to becoming a content strategist responsible for the development of our website.
- At least 2 years of experience creating content for landing pages, preferably in B2B, B2C, or IT.
- Basic knowledge of marketing is important because our content connects business, marketing, and tech teams. You should feel comfortable discussing marketing topics from different perspectives.
- You need to be proficient in English. You will mostly write, but you may also have meetings with our English-speaking colleagues.
- Experience working with design or website development teams is required.
- You should be able to turn technical information into clear and useful business communication.
- It’s important to work within content structures and follow communication guidelines.
- You should have experience developing content standards and working together with others.
- A basic understanding of SEO principles and how they work is also needed.
It would plus if you have: - Experience in leading a content team
- Experience in Agile teams
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other generative models. While we focus on human-crafted copy, we look for ways to improve our research and optimization.
- Create landing pages, case studies, and other marketing content following clear guidelines.
- Interview technical experts to gather information that you can use for landing page and case study content, using our helpful frameworks.
- Ensure that the content from our on-demand writers follows our frameworks, communication standards, and SEO guidelines; we usually aim for up to 10 landing pages each month.
- Work with our SEO expert and Communications Lead to improve the website.
- Handle basic management and communication tasks during content development.
- Focus on the US Market: Work on the US market and create content for a diverse audience.
- Supportive Team: Join a creative team that values openness and collaboration.
- Clear Content Strategy: Follow a long-term content plan with templates and guidelines. Our marketing manager will support you and clarify what you need to do and when.
- Work-Life Balance: You can start your workday between 8:00 and 10:00 and finish between 17:00 and 19:00.
- Flexible Work Environment: work remotely, in an office, or hybrid as you prefer (we have offices in Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy).
